Hey Everyone!  I haven't written for a while so I will start back at Tuesday.  Well, on Tuesday my shoulder was hurting REALLY bad so my mom called up to CHOP to ask questions since the last time my shoulder hurt it was because another tumor grew.  Anyways, the doctor said that we were probably just paranoid and associate everything with the tumer.  So, we thought it might just be muscle pains and it continued all night.

        The next day (Wednesday) my Grandma Maggie came over and brought me GREAT birthday gifts.  I also found out that I was going for my CT scan the next morning and had to drink the really gross contrast.

        My mom and I left Thursday at about 7:00 in the morning so we could get there by 8:00.  Rodney stayed home with Haley  and Justin went to school.  When my mom and I got to CHOP, I got the CT scan and then went up to clinic.  When we finally got to talk to the doctors at around 2:00, they told us that when they took a quick look at the CT scan pictures it looked like the tumor grew.  That meant that the chemotherapy treatment didn't work. ////

        Friday, my Grandma Bobbie came over.  Victoria and I were going to go to the mall but then when I talked to Shannon she said that I couldn't because Rodney had a surprise for me.  So, after I got dressed Rodney came to pick me up and Victoria was in the car.  I still had no idea what the surprise was at that point.  Once we got to Atlantic City and met up with Rodney's boss Capt. Larry Ross. He gave me tickets to the Hilary Duff  concert and wrist bands to go meet her.  I was sooo surprised and excited!!!  When we got there we met Hilary Duff and got a picture with her.  Her concert was great!  It was so much fun!  Afterwards we got ice cream and then went home.  I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! to Rodney.  Well, I have to go now, I might write tonight.  Bye!!!

Wow, what a week you've had ! That must've been SO COOL to be able to go to the Hilary Duff concert and to meet her too !! Hang in there girl, your mom(s) and dad(s) are going to fight tooth and nail for you and they'll keep doing whatever has to be done to make you well!! I'm sorry to hear that you will be having surgery on your birthday.. but hey, if it helps to make you better it will be the best birthday present ever !! And by the way, Happy Birthday ahead of time! I can't believe you're gonna be a TEENAGER !! Yikes!! Hang tough Shelby.. Uncle Bill, myself, Annemarie and Anthony are all praying and wishing you WELL!!! You'll be in our thoughts for sure this Wednesday!!

heyy...my friend tlked to shelby when she was alive and now she is in Gods hand just like my older brother...but i dont have any worries cause he is goin to treat her like she was his own lil sister...like me...:-(...it was only 12 days after his 18th birthday that he was murdered...she hung in there as long as she could...dont forget...WE LOVE SHELBY!!!!!!!!

hey shelby, whats up hun? So i guess today has been a year since you left earth it's actually my mom's birthday today but anyway back to you...well i have looked at alot of your pictures and you are a beautiful girl with a smile that just wont fade and your younger sister Haley is it? well she is deff lucky to have a big sister like you..I feel kind of bad she is so young and doesn't understand but someday she will understand how her big sister fought til the very end! Can you do my a favor hun? watch over me ok? i might need alittle help every now and agian and i promise to come by and say hi every one i awhile....well i have to go eat din din right now but i will sign your guest book before i leave :)

i always wanted you to know i was at the concert too. and i think i actually saw you and victoria there. it was a great concert. i remember getting excited because SHELBY was there. and i still am happy. miss you.
